Product and Service Returns

You can return products you bought from our company in the following cases:

• Case of manufacturing error from the first days of use of the product (D.O.A. - Dead On Arrival) Applies to consumer products only if the product is covered by a DOA policy from the manufacturer and the conditions are met. You can return the defective product to TECHOLIC, in its original packaging, accompanied by the purchase document, within 5 working days from the date of purchase. The service of our company in turn checks it, in order to detect the malfunction described by the consumer. Upon receipt of DOA confirmation from the service, our company immediately replaces the product (or credits it, in case it is no longer available). Shipping costs are borne by our company. In case the returned product is defective in its packaging or no technical problem is found or there is no proof that the product has been returned even within 5 working days, it will be returned repaired to the customer and no replacement will be credited. D.O.A. must be returned to Techolic within 10 business days of retail sale to be accepted as D.O.A after inspection, otherwise they will be handled by the standard service procedure as defined below.

• Return of defective product covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty for repair and is outside D.O.A. In this case you can send the product to our headquarters in order to carry out a technical inspection and repair. Shipping costs to our company if you do not bring it to our offices are borne by the customer and the return to the customer is borne by our company. As long as the problem is covered by the warranty and the usual damage has not occurred through the fault of the customer, there is no service charge to the customer. In case after the inspection there is no technical problem and no repair is done then there is a minimum technical charge per product category which is:

  • 1. Electric bicycles (NILOX, URBANGLIDE) 20,00 € plus VAT
  • 2. Electric scooters (NILOX, URBANGLIDE) 15,00 € plus VAT
  • 3. Electric hoverboards (NILOX, URBANGLIDE) € 10.00 plus VAT
  • 4. Consumer Products (LENCO, MYKRONOZ, BLURAMS, YI) 10,00 € plus VAT

• Return of a defective product that is not covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty for repair. In this case you can send the product to our headquarters in order to carry out a technical inspection and repair. Shipping costs to our company if you do not bring it to our offices, but also the return to the customer are borne by the customer. In this case the customer is informed about the cost of the repair and if he agrees there is the corresponding service charge to the customer.

  • 1. Electric bicycles (NILOX, URBANGLIDE) 20,00 € plus VAT
  • 2. Electric scooters (NILOX, URBANGLIDE) 15,00 € plus VAT
  • 3. Electric hoverboards (NILOX, URBANGLIDE) € 10.00 plus VAT 4. Consumer Products (LENCO, MYKRONOZ, BLURAMS, YI) 10,00 € plus VAT

• Product other than the one you ordered - Wrong order execution by TECHOLIC. In this case, our company will make sure to cover you as soon as possible with the right type. In case this is not available, the amount you paid will be credited immediately. The additional transport costs in this case are borne exclusively by TECHOLIC.

• Damaged product upon delivery. When receiving the products you must make a thorough check for the correct quantity, type of product and physical condition of the products. If there is any difference from your order or they have defects in the packaging or they are stamped, mention the event in writing on the receipt given to you for signature by the truck driver or the distributor. In case you sign the receipt without comments, then it is not accepted by VEINOGLOU or TECHOLIC the responsibility of any problem reported after the receipt.

• Important clarification on electric transport products. All electrical products are covered by technical support / inspection for two years, except for consumables. Consumables include paint, stickers, tires, tubes, saddle, brake shoes, disc brake pads, disc brakes, chain, rear sprocket, wheel rims, handlebars , reflectors and lighting systems and accessories.

• Note: The technical support does not cover damage and general damage caused by collision or falling of the product and by oxidation due to extensive exposure to the weather or by contact with water. Techolic does not assume liability or warranty for products that do not work due to a faulty assembly or damage during the assembly process, unless the latter was made by Techolic.
